Los ejercicios trabajan la musculatura m\u00e1s profunda y tambi\u00e9n la m\u00e1s perif\u00e9rica\u00a0 de todo el cuerpo, pero est\u00e1n centrados sobre todo en el fortalecimiento de la zona abdominal y lumbar que Joseph Pilates denominaba como centro de energ\u00eda y motor de todo movimiento corporal, ya que el trabajo de dichos m\u00fasculos proporciona mayor libertad de movimiento.<br \/>\nEl cuerpo se acostumbra a trabajar centrado, concentrado, preciso, controlado, con movimientos fluidos y una respiraci\u00f3n correcta, todo en un ambiente relajado, te dar\u00e1 como resultado: \u2013 Mayor control y coordinaci\u00f3n de los movimientos. \u2013 Un cuerpo m\u00e1s fuerte, estilizado y tonificado. \u2013 Mejora el sue\u00f1o porque relaja el cuerpo. \u2013 Aumento de elasticidad y agilidad. \u2013 Correcci\u00f3n de malas posturas. \u2013 Alivio de dolores de espalda.<br \/>\nDentro de la t\u00e9cnica Pilates hay dos disciplinas fundamentales: la que se trabaja con m\u00e1quinas especialmente dise\u00f1adas para su realizaci\u00f3n y la que se practica en el suelo, ambas se rigen por los mismos principios e incluso tienen ejercicios bastante similares.<br \/>\nEl reformer es una m\u00e1quina compuesta por un marco de madera con una superficie deslizante guiada por ra\u00edles, que se une a los muelles de distintas fuerzas para crear diferentes resistencias.<br \/>\nKenzen ha optado por el trabajo en el Reformer Clinical, una m\u00e1quina completamente silenciosa que es el componente m\u00e1s vers\u00e1til de los equipos de Pilates.<br \/>\nEsta clase de reformer se adapta a cada individuo, d\u00e1ndole una mayor seguridad, acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndole en cada ejercicio, permitiendo un mejor desarrollo de los mismos y ofreciendo un sinf\u00edn de posibilidades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La T\u00e9cnica de Pilates Es una t\u00e9cnica de acondicionamiento f\u00edsico de bajo impacto que exige el uso de&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":3707,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[60],"tags":[63,69,70],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
